Hello. I see there is a transfer lock on new domains on GoDaddy. However i wanted to know if its possible to push to another godaddy account before two months. I assume its possible because there is a option for email me a security code.

Yes, you can.

Look for the Account Change feature. You will need to know the recipient account's email to initiate this process.
