Purchasing IDNs - Where? .cn

Hi folks,

Recent lurker, first time posting.

I would like to purchase a few IDNs in the Chinese simplified arena.

Could anyone point me to a registrar?

I'm pretty good at finding things but for the life of me can't not find this...

I think I understand.

I have to:

Think of a Chinese (simplifed) name.
Convert it to UTF-8 format
Then search in the Dynadot registry?

correct?

First find a chinese name , then just use the chinese characters to register the names you dont have to convert them
