Hello All,
Can any entity/individuals oppose to the registration of your mark during the “published for opposition” period regardless of whether they have a “registered” mark or not.
In another way, if someone else has their mark published for opposition and I want to oppose it, can I still do it, even though, I don’t own a “registered” trademark; and how much success do I have in convencing the trademark office to reject the registration of the mark.
Note: I am not opposing anyone’s mark. I just would like to know how it works.
Thank you,
