Pub Declares Itself as an Embassy

A Pub in Southampton, UK has declared itself an embassy in order to avoid the smoking ban which will come into force across England on July 1st. The ban can't be enforced in Embassies because Embassies are technically foreign soil.

Apparently so! No VAT anyway.

But as I said, there's no chance in hell of it happening :D.
