EDIT: Alright, i'm very slow but I just got the point. Is Veolus and mouse the same user? Their birthadys the same, name and place, but I talk to Veolus on MSN and he's a great guy so that's hard to beleive. I was even thinking about nominating him for MOTM because he's helped me alot..

Fortunately Neil got the hint and contacted me so we could come to an agreement about his account status. We are sorted now, thanks.

What's happened in the past with my old account unbreakablemouse has happened. It's done.

I'm hoping to make a fresh new start and avoid making dodgy deals and instead contribute to the NamePros community through a positive aspect.

Yeah, we've basically settled it in PM. However I do also see what the people requesting age restriction see. If no one knew me I could be a scammer too...

Hopefully no one else will get scammed again, as I see, he's conducted 44 sucessful transfers, hopefully that trend will continue with him...

Seems I should clarify a few things.

As unbreakablemouse, Neil's warning points reached 20 points and his account was automatically banned. FYI, warning points can be issued for a number of things that require moderator action (spamming, rudeness, trolling, etc), and warning point bans last a minimum of 14 days and may be permanent. After 14 days the banned member may appeal to the moderators to be reinstated. However, this opportunity to be reinstated is not afforded to members who have been banned for theft, fraud, or other gross misconduct.

So in Neil's case although its not exactly a "fresh" start, as previous warnings do still apply, it is a second chance and I sincerely hope his participation at NamePros will continue to be positive.

Noone told me that. Whenever i visited NamePros i kept getting permission errors, I couldn't post, pm, start a new topic and even view the board.
