All you have to do is create a layout in one big image. I will take that image and slice it, then code it into HTML.
Prices:
I will code your layout for $4 an hour with a $6 start up fee.
So if you have a layout you want coded, and it takes me 3 hours to slice , code it, and clean up the HTML, it will cost you $18.
If I take longer than 5 hours, I wont sharge you for further hours used, so if it takes me 7 hours, It will cost you $31 even though it took me 7 hours!
