Custom Layout + .PSD + Coded HTML

Hi, I am selling the full rights and one-time only sale for this layout. www.confederation.us/layout4.jpg , You get the entire .PSD and images for $10 and for an extra $5 I will code the entire thing either:
A. Hard code it into images which will look a bit nicer OR
B. "Soft Code" it into the HTML so you can change menu items as much as you want.

So $10 just for .PSD and Image or $15 for Everything including Coding. ALSO, If you buy this I will make changes for you like changing colors, or changing patterns and such.
