Proxy Hosting VPS or Dedicated

I need a around 300 gb of bandwidth a month.
I used 45 gb on one site in April alone in bandwidth.
I need 10 gb of disk space. I need unlimited domains, emails, sql, stats software, that sort of stuff.

Some type of control panel.
I need to host more than a few sites on there.
Connection must be fast and reliable.

I also need dedicated ips. I'm hoping for $1 each or less per extra IP address.

I was hoping to save some costs and get a VPS, but within 3 months I will be on a dedicated I am sure. If I really need dedicated now then I am open to that as a possibility but the price would have to be very attractive to get me to jump at a dedicated. However I'm not expecting a dedicated server for VPS prices.

I need server management.

I welcome all offers. The low price on extra IPs is a really big deal to me. I can't think of anything else right now, but please submit suggestions and offers. Any and all advice is appreciated. I have been doing this for 2 years now and plan on continuing but have out grown my current webhost.

Uptime and service are a big need of mine, as well as server speed. I know this costs money and am looking for a great company to help my business grow.

Budget

Yes I do have a budget I have what ever it takes to get the job done right. I'm just tired of hosting problems and delays.
I'm looking for offers and advice. I'm new to the forum and wanted to get a discussion going on where I'm trying to go and what there is out there to be offered and what other people might be using.
My budget is under $100 monthly currently, but if I can get good hosting where I can be launching 5-6 new sites weekly I will be in need of more hosting quickly.

you are quote in this thread saying no proxies. Is this a separate offering you are posting here? or did you miss that I am running proxies?

No, I didn't forgot that you want to put proxies.
If you've read my topic, you'll notice that I don't still offer VPS in my topic.
When I say VPS, you'll have a private environment, even if you don't know how to work with it or if you ask me to operate the vps for you, you are free to do anything while you don't break the AUP.
You're not allowed to do spamming, hacking, hosting warez, nulled and illegal contents, etc. and also not allowed to abuse server resources.
So, you are welcomed to host proxies on our VPS plans.
BTW, all our VPSs will be on at least a Quad Core or Dual Quad Core Intel Xeon servers.(4 or 8 xeon cores), and as there is no usage limit percent, it will be really fast and great for you.
VPS is cheap and reliable and easy to use.
But if you need a dedicated server under $100 monthly, I can help you too.

IPs take 1-3 business days, as we have to submit an application to ARIN , with justification for the IPs.

We already have 2 of the 5 IPs available, so you can start off, & I will submit the application, the day you signup, so that you can get them while you are setting up your websites.
