I am selling my website www.proudwebsites.com

It started a few days ago, but as i dont have time to update i will sell it for some bucks
The domain its reg at a godaddy reseller.
With the website its also included all the PSD files and images.
The site got more than 700 hits in 2 days (dont even promoted) and about 40 uniques.
Its a great opportunity for some adsense earnings (in 2 days got 58 cents).

This deal include also 2 months of free hosting for the site, without ads at all.

The start price its 30$

The design is a free template from Zymic.com - I don't actually think you're allowed to sell them, even if you did pay for copyright removal.

Don't want a headache for a site I would have to do the coding to make automated anyway.

EDIT: Even if you did buy copyright removal...it doesn't give you resell rights.
