Hello,
I am making a quiz website where users can make their own quizzes and send them to their friends so that they can take the quiz and then they are invited to make their own... and it goes on.
All the information I collect about them is their Name, email address and many fields that are Quiz fields that include their custom questions and 4 possible answers.
I know that there can be instances where users take legal action against sites and I want to protect myself against this sort of action by:
So I want to create a 'terms of use' and a 'privacy policy' for my iste to protect myself
I have heard ot the data protection act and I not sure what I am bound by when I am taking email addresses and names and... questions I suppose.
So I need some advice on these kinds of matters and protecting myself and my site online.
Thankyou & advice for any help you can give me

- Outlining the service I am Providing;
- Telling them that 'we' are not responsible for what is contained in the quizzes and that any disputes about a quiz should be settled between the quiz taker and the quiz maker;
- We will not share any person information (such as their name and email address) without consent and are not responsible for any hacking attempts that may result in this happening;
- Telling them what pieces of information are posted onto the site as a taker and a creator
- That anyone can visit their quizzes;
- etc. etc. etc.
