Online Quiz Script??

I need a good online quiz script which should have the following features

*Unlimited Questions based on unlimited categories
*Diff types of questions supported..even picture questions...preferrable
*Complete User management...
*Quiz Time Restrictions and Quiz conditions like...one quiz per user and
availablitiy of select quizzes for special users
*User registration with some security features

I don't have money so prefer it to be a opensource..please!

Please anybody help me find such a script!

Do you know any PHP/JavaScript? If so it should be pretty easy, but take a fair amount of time to do.

As stated above the time it would take to develop such a thing limits the ones there is.. There is a few opensource scripts but none of which I know have every function you need. So you will be required to either program it yourself, OR; you may be able to find somebody to code it for free.. OR; you could just spend hours searching the internet and probley after 5-6 hours you may be able to rip the hair out of your head and find something.

Time isn't free anymore..
