Ok. This is my second appraisal on this domain.

Any thoughts on how much it is worth?

Renewal is in a couple of weeks and I need to decide whether to renew, let it drop or try and sell it.... If I sell (assuming I get any interest - I'll probably try and sell it here to a fellow NP).

I could see it working for a VERY small real estate office. Not real valuable. I'd recommend trying to sell it. If you get no takers, let it drop.
