Not bad names, and with clear meaning - but we are in 2017, and keyword1keyword2 in xyz - it is still very early for them.

hotcelebs - sounds good, maybe low XXX if end user likes it

propertyexchange - here I can actually imagine nice business built on this name - I would keep it and wait for the right end user - they can come in 5 years, maybe in 10 years - but when they come and they are serious mid XXXX+ can be achieved imo. Quick flip in 2017 to another domainer = 20-50 usd.

I hope, I like .xyz because it is some kind of "nutral" extension.
