Saw this gem was available. I realize the .org detracts somewhat from the value, but I wanted to get opinions on this one - both reseller and enduser.

My system says $1,105

It's a combination of reseller / end user value. Think of it as a ballpark value, meaning you could probably move it reasonably fast to a reseller for low $xxx and the right end user might pay substantially more, like mid $x,xxx (that's just my interpretation). It's a nice name.

I've appraised several domains on here and this is the highest I've gone: Mid $xxxx.

Why? By following the money. Property development is not necessarily the search term people type in when they want to make money from property but it's the sentiment and they are the right audience.

The domain has a portal feel that, properly implemented, can be worth $xx,xxx. Think the property service industry keywords cost a lot (plumber, electrician)? Wait till you've seen the services typically offered to property developers (and wannabes). From underwriting sales of new builds to getting planning consents - it's megabucks.

The dev work to reach that valuation is minimal. Nice catch.
