Last year I surfed for free *properties.com domains and I picked up some like:

bolivianproperties.com
danishproperties.com
finnishproperties.com
iranianproperties.com
koreanproperties.com
southkoreaproperties.com
montevideoproperties.com
northafricaproperties.com
saopauloproperties.com

Do you think these have any value? Would it be worth to market them somehow to local estate agents?

Worth high $xxx to low $x,xxx to end users I would think

Search on namebio.com. Keyword:Properties. Location: At the end.
Quite a few good sized location+Properties domain sales

Wow, I checked at Namebio and it looks really promising, I'm definitely going to pursue this. Where do you think is the best place to put these up for sale (if I choose to auction some instead of marketing them directly)? I know at Godaddy they only accept their own domains, I'm thinking about Sedo that has quite a few domains listed.

Do you need to sell them quickly? If so then an auction on Sedo should be as good as any.
Otherwise I'd recommend emailing prospective buyers and holding till you get offers. Will usually get a much better price. You can list on Sedo, Flippa and I think Afternic as Make Offer.
I'm not the most experience seller though, so let's see what other people say.

Well no great hurry but I would like to sell just 1 or 2 to start monetizing a bit the investment and keep the rest for the longer tern. I will check out these sites you mentioned.

I think some are better than others, for example northafricaproperties.com => for villa rentals in Marrakesh for example
IMO these types of domains are best suited for:

• luxury rentals/sales
• holiday homes
  
• expats

But I don't think the market is huge for Iran or Bolivia. I would spend holidays there but not live there.
