Projectpartner needed for more then 10 projects

I'm looking for a partner who can help me with some projects. At this moment we will start with two projects.

Why do it need a partner? I have to much work with my business.
What will i do? I provide you with the deatils, t take care of hosting, domain, contracting, promotion and resolving problems.
What do you do? You build the system with design
What do you get? 50% of incomming money
Are you sure of the money? Yes off course, i set everything on paper and i sign it.

Which 2 projects:

* a freelance site: with possibilities to become a premium member due to paying.
* a websitecommunity with a nice name (www.sitetalking.com)
