[Programmer Needed] Customer Image Uploading Script

Hello,

I had a programmer that did this project for me a while back, but never finished it. So I am looking for someone new, and reliable! Please, only serious programmers, that are knowledgable and CAPABLE about this kind of thing.

I am looking for a type of clone between http://imageshack.us and http://photobucket.com.

---Anonymous User Features---
* Ability to allow anonymous uploads on the main homepage.
* Generate Unique URL's so images are not overwriten.
* Ability to generate thumbnails if a filesize is a certain size or over (like http://imageshack.us).
* Once Uploaded the user is givin various links to use (Forum BB Code, HTML Codes, thumbnail codes, show to a friend, direct link, etc).
* The "show to a friend" link will bring the user to a page on my site, with the image in the middle. This way, I can display ads around the displayed image (just like http://imageshack.us).


---Registered User Features---
* Ability to register an account with the site (name, email address, password, verify password). No email verification is needed to activate the account.
* Have cookies remember this login for later visits.
* Ability to allow uploads from their member's page (like http://photobucket.com).
* Ability to click a link that will generate more upload fields for multiple uploads.
* Generate Unique URL's so images are not overwriten.
* Generate Thumbnails with each upload.
* Once uploaded, the member is givin various links to use (Forum BB Code, HTML Codes, thumbnails codes, show to a friend, direct link, etc)
* The "show to a friend" link will bring the viewer to a page on my site, with the image in the middle. This way, I can display ads around the displayed image (just like http://imageshack.us).
* Ability to create albums
* Ability to upload images to these albums
* Ability to move images from album to album
* Ability to rename albums
* Ability to make albums private and public.
* Ability to browse though albums in which the images thumbnails are shown.
* Ability to click the thumbnail, and be presented with the image link details in a popup.
* Pagination will limit the amount of images per page.
* Ability to recover lost account password via email.


---Public Album Viewing---
* Ability for registered users to have their own public URL for their account. This way, they can give it to others, which can view their albums.
* Ability to view each album (if the member has made it public). These albums contain the users pictures in thumbnail form.
* Ability to click the thumbnails, which open on a new page with the full size image, which will have ads around it (pretty much just a link to the "show a friend" type deal).
* Pagination will limit the amount of images per page.


---Admin Control Panel----
* Ability to view, edit, and manage member details.
* Ability to view, edit, and manage images (incase violate terms).
* Ability search though all the above options.
* Pagination will limit all the above for cleaner pages.




**** These specifications ARE NOT concrete and I may to change a few things around as the project is developed, nothing major though.

I need this script coded PROPERLY so that I don't have to worry about overloading my server with bad PHP scripting.

Good luck at getting all of that as quality code for $60! I was going to apply until I saw that. If you wanted it done half decently you probably want to be offering $250+ but hey if you want it done crap, it's up to you!

You seem to know what you want, but to get it custom coded is not simple.

My suggestion if you do not have $ is to try to leverage some open source scripts that have most of the functionality.

I am kind of looking for someone with something similarly already done, which will just require a bit of editing to suite the custom needs.
