I think its a good domain, dictionary word with very broad medical and scienetific uses well suited to .org ext. Huge development potential with subdomains ie cancer.prognostic.org, weather.prognostic.org. Strong commitment needed.

Have to say $0-10. It's a word i've never used or heard of. I have heard of prognosis but not prognostic.
