I need some positive affirmation guys . . . But give it to me straight!

ProFund.Mortgage
ProFund Mortgage had a tm but dropped it 12/2016. There is similar one but I think you're probably okay.

What is your plan with these domains?

Spend time thinking of the end game. Who is your buyer? You know how tough the reseller market can be.
How long are you prepared to hold the domain and pay renewals?

I see where you are going by spanning the dot with the two domains. It's just that those are very hard to sell.

I think you should spend some time figuring out the kind of domain investor you want to be. These names you mentioned would be like flip names, but they are not going to get you much if anything. New gTLD's are tough selling in the reseller/flip market. Those names are not valuable enough in my opinion, to hold for many years.

You could look into buying liquid domains, true brandable domains, emd domains, etc. But, with those extensions you've mentioned here, you would want to get solid, short, premium single words only in my opinion. No hacks or anything like that.

Truly I would stick to .com. Quality two word .com domains would be your best bet for resale. Keep studying what is selling. Understand why you are buying what you are buying. If you don't, you shouldn't be spending your money probably.

Also, a company could get ATLRealEstate.co which is available for hand reg. ProFundLending.com is available for hand reg.
