Hi all Im hoping to get some suggestions

I have been asked to rework a website the owner would like some features to allow her and her assistants track client leads and network
this is be my most professional project to date I hope it goes well

Can anyone offer suggestions on what system to use for this project, she wants a database that:

* includes the client's name, address, email, phone, website, contact person, marketing office contact info, principal of school, superintendent of school district
* includes a system to track 'leads' of people the marketing rep has called with all the above info in the fields as well as fields for if call back is needed or not
* includes a "time sheet" for the marketing rep.
* includes document sharing for excel, word and power point files

In addition to this I would be redoing the front end of the site as well, so if something can fit these requirements as an addon to a well known CMS, preferably Joomla, that would be great

Microsoft's Sharepoint 2.0 does some of what you're describing. Other than that, you'd need a CRM with is also available from MS (Dynamics) or Salesforce.com, and countless others. I think WebEx is also beefing up their appearance, i'm not sure if they're including tracking and timesheets though.
