I am a professional Web/Graphic Designer and I require a Professional Programmer for long term to code or program my projects. I will be providing the PSD to the Programmer and he/she will have to code that according to my requirements. The Requirements of the Programmer are as follows :
1)Should have complete command over Wordpress, HTML, XHTML, and E-Commerce Programming etc.
2)Should be innovative enough to provide me ideas on the project.
3)Should also have some knowledge of designing as well, in cases where I have a extreme workload and require you to do a bit of designing as well.
