I think it would be a nice name for a company investing in virtual real estate (ie. domains) the like of IREIT & co.
I would gear for high-$$$ and more. But you may have to wait for the right end user.
it's a nice catch IMO.

Yes it is a nice name but TBH I would be astounded if it got $xxx from a reseller. I own several names in this same niche and am just going by the typical offers they receive- plus resellers are phenomenally tight-fisted. Good luck, I think the problem is that with names like this, the resellers and potential end users are generally one and the same so it is difficult to obtain an end user price. Best of luck though.
