there are some "ottakeyword.net sites out there, including outtanet.com

as for scuse.net, though it's broken english for "excuse", i really don't see viable model for it.

perhaps, if there is some traffic on otta.net, you could capitalize for $$$.

but for me, no value

OUTTA.NET - This sounds quite cool and trendy, and I'm guessing you're using outta as slang, as in "outta this world". I see a bit of potential here, might take a while for a sale though.
