After I login anything I do cause that message to show up

Looks like using certain VPN helps with this.

Already did. It seem that it only happens if I access directly

If I were you, I will avoid using VPN to login to my Domain account since there is no guaranty they not LOG your access. I think you better ask Resell.biz to white list your IP
