Hello,
I need a trustable persion that can help me to solve a problem with my paypal. Two months ago, paypal limited my account for apparently no reason (i sent too many payments in a short period).
Now, all the cases have been solved. I received my money back, and after two months of headache (since the payments were for products, that i already had received and had to re-pay), i still have more problems. Paypal wants the following information from me to allow me use my account again:
Steps to have limitations reviewed:
Add a credit card and enter your Expanded Use Number
Send Fax documentation
I live in South America and i don't have an international credit card. I need some help here. If anyone wants to help me or have a solution for my problem here, i would be very grateful and would pay for that help.
And YES, i tried to contact paypal more than 20 (yes, 20) times. They replied the damn SAME pattern message saying that i needed to insert a credit card and send them information by FAX if i wanted my account back. Little notice: i wrote on my emails that i didn't had a international credit card. This is SO irritating.
