Namejet.com are a total disaster | Nightmare experience

Anyone else having problems with namejet?
I only recently joined, won 1 name, (still waiting for Netsol to push and organize even though paid days ago, but thats another thing)

Anyway, i try to login today and a big red/pink bar at top saying account disabled.
Then i try filling contact form as cant send support as cant login, and it says fill out all fileds etc, when i have.

Grrrrrrrrr!

Any suggestions? Plus does anyone have the direct email for them?

cheers in advance

tried before, thanks
no joy, keeps telling me the red asterisk sections need completeing, which of course iu have done
cache cleared

i tried [email protected] but email gets returned, this is always the test of a good site if they become impossible to contact when the chips are down, then generally they are a pain in the tits

yes, my experience of them is thew pits so far.
when i aslked where my login details are they said netsol sets up a new account and to contact them

which i did and they said its in another section they'll get back to me with details, now my account is disabled with namejet, their contact page doesn't work and they have no direct email it seems, always potential nightmares with companies that don't have public email easy to find either

i'll stick to snapnames i think, WHEN i hear back from them and when i get name

still nothing from these jokesters

cant login, cant send contacty form, they don't answer email, which incidentaly a member here was kind enought to find for me

if theres any reps or people associated to namejet, on here, any chance you can give them a kick and point them here?

already missed loads of auctions

thanks in advance for any help

[email protected]

above email 'may' help anyone else with same problem but i still have heard nothing back

also netsol are being a waste of time. :?

well this f*cking farce with jokers namejet.com carries on

be warned everyone, things may be going smooth for you but if you hit a bump in the road with namejet expect the same nightmare

so far i have emailed namejet 3 times, at different email addresses, none of which are advertised to public

even their whois is private

to make matters worse they disabled my account, so i couldn't fill in form to contact them.

i never received login to access name, on the one time they got back before disabling account they just said to speak to netsol.
which i did (same people) and just got a lame 'be patient it will come)
this is 2 weeks ago

as a matter of course i always transfer out of networksolutions.com as they are rip-off merchants, dishonest 9as proved by icann and court cases) and unreliable.
however i would like my domain first

a kind member here even rang namejet and explained to them twice, plus i opened another namejet account and filled out contact form explaining everything.

can anyone believe this?
i have dozens of registrar accounts and dozens of industry accounts like most, i know my way round the block, but take it from me namejet.com re a f*cking disgrace

i hope all this get's indexed

i will never say a bad word about snapnames.com again, they are 100% reliable

:red: :red:
in fact namejet wanna be grateful they're not around the corner or arnie might be kicking a few bitches asses :sold:

why should namejet be any different? same bunch of biotches

trust me i'm pretty resourceful :sold: and this is like banging your hed against a brickwall,

the answer?

flame those twats until they come running out their bunker! :sold: :sold: :sold:

Never had any problem myself. We've bought probably 30-40 names via them just in the last few months. Do you have an eNom reseller account? If so try using it. If not I can set you up with one and you can try using that and see how it goes.

im sorry to hear about this.
you may have tried this before
http://www.namejet.com/Pages/Contact.aspx

they're using whois privacy protection in their domain whois.

cheers
yes i did. obviously the contact page doesn't work when they freeze/disable your account for some unknown reason, after payment of course and not receiving name. that has to be illegal for starters

also i tried the whois a while back like you say and is privacy, yes

i , as mentioned even opened another account on different email as had to backorder a couple of names in particular, i used the contact form this time and explained everything, heard nothing. same as emails etc

they are a disgrace.

one thing i would say is i'm sure many have had no problems, but rtrust me should you hit a bump in the road with these freaks, you will have the same problems, don't say i didn't warn you

still unresolved, still heard nothing
