Hey everyone,

Hope this is the right place to post it :hehe:

I got a new laptop (well isn't really new but its new as my laptop) and installed Firefox on it (can't believe it didn't have it on it :p ). The install of Firefox seems to have a few bugs in it that I've never encountered before.

The Bookmarks don't work. If I click bookmarks then add bookmark the popup comes up but the OK button doesn't work - it's clickable but nothing happens when you click it.

Another problem is that the bookmarks toolbar comes up when you start firefox. I get rid of it but everytime I open firefox its back.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox with no luck. Any help or ideas are much appreciated :). It is version 2.0.0.3.

Thanks in advance
Chris (from down under :p )

I had the same problem too.

But I ignored it, and a few months later, I reformatted my laptop and downloaded the latest firefox again. :)

Then everything is fine.

But when I open too many tabs (10-15) , it tends to hang for about 20 seconds sometimes. Anyone knows why ?

Gave that a shot today but still have the problem (I'm assuming you meant Program Files folder though not documents and settings).

Thanks for the idea as well networkmsia but I dont really want to format :hehe:

Anyone else got any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris
