Problem with YPN ad display

I have problem to display yahoo YPN ads to my mini site lately. It is not
just one page, there are many pages that will not display yahoo ads
at all.

For example:

this page displays ads ok:
http://shoptvs.com/

But the same domain's different page will not display ad at all:
http://shoptvs.com/Technology.htm

I have spent a few days to try to find out the reason, still don't know why.
Does anyone else have the same problem?

Well, I can view the YPN ads on both the pages. I feel YPN likes me Btw, does YPN allow you to place 4 ad units on a page?

strange, still it never allows me to display ads on a lot of the pages. I am wondering
how and why YPN displays on some pages for me but not on others. It is not
like I have different IP addresses.

Yes, YPN allow 4 ad units.
