Recently I tried to register a country code domain thru Registerdub.com (on Jan 18, 2007).
I got an automated email stating that the registration failed.
I have contacted them thru email and also raised a ticket thru their support system. But till date the problem is not sorted out.
They are not even replying to my mail.
Today we are in 21st. I haven't got any reply yet (atleast to let me know they are working on it).
I have also sent a PM (yesterday night) to the member in namepros who is supposed to be related with Registerdub. But no reply till now.
This is really frustrating. Extremely poor customer service and abnormal delay. I chose them only because of the lowest price.
I dont mind paying some extra bucks and get a fast, secure and quality service somewhere else.
Registerdub, You've lost me as a customer!
