Problem with Registerdub

Recently I tried to register a country code domain thru Registerdub.com (on Jan 18, 2007).
I got an automated email stating that the registration failed.
I have contacted them thru email and also raised a ticket thru their support system. But till date the problem is not sorted out.
They are not even replying to my mail.

Today we are in 21st. I haven't got any reply yet (atleast to let me know they are working on it).
I have also sent a PM (yesterday night) to the member in namepros who is supposed to be related with Registerdub. But no reply till now.

This is really frustrating. Extremely poor customer service and abnormal delay. I chose them only because of the lowest price.

I dont mind paying some extra bucks and get a fast, secure and quality service somewhere else.
Registerdub, You've lost me as a customer!

Members, plz advise how I could handle this

Try to relax a little bit .... I'm sure there is a reason for the delay. RegisterDub will reply I'm sure. Have you checked that your email filter has'nt been blocking them? Make sure they are allowed and send another email just in case.
May I ask? Are you just trying to register the name? Sometimes IDN's are trickie .... a huge third party thing. If you are trying to reg the name still ..... you might want to try another registrar. Godaddy has failed several of my IDN attempts...... go figure. They are one of the largest out there.

Ive also found that sometimes when registering an available domain name from a ccTLD - some of the premium keywords are more expensive, and must be registered at the registry or by a particular provider. Did you check to see if this is the case? This occured for me when I attempted to register a .fm or .am (one of those two).

The .BZ registry is down there is nothing I can do. I am just waiting for it to return to its normal state and than I will register it for you.

Registration may have failed. But don't worry. The guy at RegisterDub will register this domain for you immediately once he's online.
