Problem with Public Domain Registry

LAst year I bought a website and had the domain transferred and it it would not let me renew it (expired May 28). I also cannot re-register it from another registrar...says it is in my name still. Any the registrar is Directi Internet Solutions d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry, and I do not even see place to login. When i try to submit a support request it does not let me....any ideas? Thanks

Only thing I can think of for now is to keep at it with the registrar. However,
DirectI/PDR has somewhat "changed" their business model on how they handle
domain name matters.

Thanks a lot, I will do that. I finally got an email back on the matter and am still somewhat confused. it says:

'This domain has been registered through one of our partners. Find below the contact details of this organization. Please contact them for any support related issue concerning this domain name.

I just emailed them, but since I do not have an account with this third party company I dunno what will happen....do you think this is the run around?

One can always believe so. But legal agreements between registrars and their
reseller partners "force" the former to refer end-users to the latter first for all
and any issues.

Just exhaust everything with the reseller first, then deal with the registrar if
nothing's happened after roughly 72 hours.

Sounds good, I will do that. I still have not heard back from the third party registrar. meanwhile they are making money from my domain with their advertisements.
