Problem with Live Chat

I've been here on NamePros for some time now but I have never been able to get into Live Chat. Everytime I try it says

Could not connect to www.cyberoperator.com:8888.

Possible reasons include:

- The chat server system at www.cyberoperator.com is temporarily unavailable.

- Your computer is behind a firewall or proxy server. Please ensure that your firewall permits outgoing TCP connections to www.cyberoperator.com on port 8888.

I am sure there is no firewall blocking port 8888, I have opened the TCP port 8888 in Windows Firewall. I have even tried getting in with Firewall off but to no avail.

Can anyone please help?

Hmmm .. I've had to update my Java recently - Have you tryed that ?

I am using version 5.0 of Java Standard Edition.
