Problem with frames

Dear all, I have a technical question concerning frames. I have made following website for a construction company:

Once you enter the site you come on the first page "Historique" wich is composed out of a top frame and body frame. If I look at this page on my computer everyting seems ok, but on some computers the top frame is only partly visible. In the last case, the bottom of the top frame (the part with the navigation buttons) becomes invisible which makes it impossible to navigate through the site.

Firstly I though it was a problem with resolution settings, so I changed the resultion on my computer from 1024x766 to 800x600 but still there was no problem on my computer.

Can someone give me some advice?
Does anyone else only see the top frame partly when he/she visits the site?

The problem is .... Your using Frames :D LOL, no just kidding with ya, it looks fine on my PC so cant help ya there,

It displays properly in IE for Windows. Frames generally have display problems, though, so I'd recommend using a general template and then including the specific content instead.

It displayed fine in IE6 and Mozilla Firefox.

What browser were you using?

It works fine in Opera 7.20 under Win XP

try adding

topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0

within your BODY tag of the TopFrame.htm

Some browsers might be using a default top margin in particular... when it does this is it because the stuff in the top frame isn't flush with the top of the window?

Frames are always bad from a SEO point of view and its recommended you not use them if you want to increase your chances of getting indexed by the major search engines.
