Problem with an eNom reseller.

Lost a domain with an eNom reseller.

Hi everyone,

It's been a long while since I've posted here about domains.. I'm really more into the developpement of those domains I bought back in the days right now.

Anyway. I have a friend who registered his domain name through an eNom reseller but it looks like his reseller went out of business or something. He can't reach them. The domain expired on April 2th 2007 but he's still on his redemption period or maybe not even yet at this stade of the expiry cycle.

What can he do to recover his domain name?

Not to give you the obvious answer, but contact enom - they're sometimes helpful by phone (If not, call back and try again.).

Do you know if the reseller was using the eNom API or not?
