Hello,

I'm wondering if I'm the only one with this problem.

I have four names registered at 4Domains/Bluehill. For some reason, starting around the 1rst of this year, any email coming FROM 4Domains to the email address I have on file is not making it over to me. I've had 4Domains do test emails and still nothing.

I've checked my filters -- OK.

I've checked my ISP -- OK.

I've even checked with GoDaddy (my email address name is registered with them) and they said "no blockage on our part".

Strange thing is my email address works fine with everyone else. No problem receiving.

Does anyone have an idea on what could be preventing my receiving emails from 4Domains?

Thanks,
Tom

Make sure that on your GoDaddy email control panel that the little "Accept non-western" (I can't remember the exact language... moment... yup, there it is, "Accept Non-Western Characters") is checked. That helped with my problem, although I'd still say a few % of my emails are never delivered - Sometimes I'm sending them to myself from a different account and they just don't show up - I know GoDaddy has some filtering in place that you can't turn off (Try using their outgoing SMTP server with a lot of links in your text or anything that resembles "masking") so it wouldn't surprise me to know they had the same thing on the receipt end as well.
