Probable Appraisal Scam from "[email protected]"

Received the following email.

The domain "bido-auctions.info" was registered about 2 weeks ago and is obviously NOT actually associated with Bido.com..

I received similar email from this guy and i replied to check what he can offer, then he request a certificate, which from an unknow website, and the cert cost 99USD

I got the same email 2 or 3 days after his bido-auctions.info domain was registered, in amongst all the

"Attn: WHOISGUARD PROTECTED
As a courtesy to domain name holders, we are sending you this notification for your business Domain name search engine registration. This letter is to inform you that it's time to send in your registration."

and

"Dear Valued GoDaddy
Your GoDaddy service(s) shown below has been suspended because some of the purchases on your account remain unpaid. For a limited time, however, the services will continue to be registered to you even while disabled ."

and all the web site design and mobile app development and logo design emails.

it seems give me pressure. however, he refused to buy this certificate on my behalf, which i offered him 20% service fee.
i don't understand why a middle man is not willing to do so to get the deal done. And he can earn thousand of dollors. I guarentee to sell to him if he can help to do the certificate.
