I know - the hyphen obviously kills what would be an incredible domain name, lol. However - that being said, what are your thoughts, feeling, opinions on this snag from the waiver wire?

TM plus a hyphen in the middle of ONE word makes it worth zero. If you are going to buy hyphens make it split 2 different words, not splitting each syllable within a single word.
Its not very often you'll find me regging this type of name, especially with a hyphen. But such a strong pharmaceutical - where people might actually think Pro and Zac are two seperate words, I thought might have had a chance... but I can see that no one here is with me on this one. I'll have to think on it for a day.
He has some 17000 results in google and to my surprise a strong appearance within the first 10 pages ( usually the results getting worse after 4 or 5 pages ), looks like he is a "celeb realtor"
With some SEO and work you could get your regfee back or even make a buck, real estate is still big....(you could pretend that you are a customer from the past, how successful he sold your house, blablabla, worship him, people love to read that) and put some adsense or afilliate links on that page...and if prozac comes after you, you just answer them " im a fan of Zac, he is a Pro! " :hehe:
