Private or Public?

Morning all!

Any thoughts on whether it's better to reg domains private and pay the extra $9 +/- or just reg them with your name/addy/etc. on them??

For my business I went with private but for my domain speculations I didn't want to spend the extra dough and went public. Thoughts??

if you want private then go with namecheap. They have it for free as a special

Also, a lot of smaller places you register with have freebie privacy (mysitespace.com, etc.).

As well, you can use a business name and PO Box. My .02 if you're worried.
