I think it would make a good comparative shopping website... The kind where you can select an item and it'll show you the prices for that item at like 50 different stores online. Theres another Price*.com site that does this for computer equipment and I always go there. Lots of click through potential if developed properly. I don't really have an idea on undeveloped value of the domain though, sorry.
