Curiosity - I own a decent.NET and have been advised the .NET would be worth approx between 10% & 30% of the same .com

Just trying to find some previous ****realestate.net sales to give me a better idea.

So unless you can find a Pair of sites to compare
that have the following

and they were offered for sale
at the same time to
someone willing to pay market value.

It is just the .NET domain name - no website, links or stats

I was just looking for previous sale prices for ****realestate.net domains
or even ****realestate.com prices just to get a better idea of potential value.

Does anyone know of a .NET previous sales list ?
