.mobi Preseason.mobi - Opinions

I just received an inquiry of interest via email for Preseason.mobi.

What does everyone think of this domain? Any thoughts would be appreciated as I'm trying to decide how to reply. I think this domain could be a great site for Preseason football, baseball, basketball, hockey, etc. This could be a sports news/scores site or betting/fantasy site too!

In think if somebody is expressing an interest in this domain and they offer a cash settlement over and above your original reg fee I think you should take it. JMO
