Recently acquired via backorder:

preps.org (Many uses but it's commonly used to refer to the culture of overachiever students in high schools across America, sometimes referred to as "preppies") com/net/org/info/biz/us taken ALL but mine are active websites according to domaintools.com

PipeDream.org (Dictionary term that can be branded in a million ways i.e. "The pipe dream of a web host you were always looking for!" com/net/org/info/biz/us taken ALL but net/biz & mine are active websites according to domaintools.com

Any ideas? At least mid $xxx would make my day.
They were recently put on SEDO so traffic is unknown right now.

Yeah, 'preps' could refer to a lot more than the culture. Google up the term and you'll see quite a bit of results. And this is in the top-3 best known exts. I figure that helps, too.

Both names are nice. The former can be used for prep courses, whereas the latter is brandable. Having said that, the most important question is whether the names fit with the extension. Preps.org may reach the mark aspired by the owner provided an end user is found but PipeDream.org is not worth more than low $xx imo.

Thanks for your 2 cents. I do agree that the ext isn't great but I was hoping that the "memory factor" of it (more ppl know .org than, say, .info or a ccTLD) would help in its value. I do like PipeDream.org and can see it doing modest but ppl seem to agree that preps.org is the clear winner here.
