not a bad domain, as it could get some type-ins
however, most search results are either for existing schools or definitions of the term.
so, a name like this might work best, as a directory.
i'd advise using pay per click parking, with ability to receive inquiries.

also, despite what you may have read or heard... this is not a flip business.
some might get a quick turnaround sale now and then, but many may wait years before selling a particular domain.
