From what I've researched on the word "cataract" ...I wouldn't pair the word "premium" with it (most commonly, its a medical condition, or a large waterfall ...)

I struggle with the sense, little value ...in my opinion. Sorry

A 'cataract' is a cloudy area in the lens of the eye that leads to a decrease in vision.

I don't see how a combination with the word 'premium' makes sense here.

It just sounds to me like 'premium heart attack' or 'premium blindness'.

I'm new to domains selling and this site is really useful. Do you have a good website to check for domain value ? I use godaddy but I don't know if it's the best option.

Don't look at these appraisal sites as a rule ...they are totally wrong / inaccurate, a lot of the time. You could type in literally anything. Type in: LightbulbLovely.com in GD appraisal, comes out just under $1k ...totally nonsensical domain. Paints a picture as to how much you can rely on these things

woodengrass.com ($1,341 ...GD appraisal), eatglasstoday.com (a little under $1k ...GD appraisal) ...I could go on. They will value anything to get you buying

You think this way: cataract is an eye disease, a problem that no one wants. How can it be premium? You only want to get rid of it. So, for example as for the domain with cataract (although to me it's way too specific, but anyways), the name would be CataractCure.com for example (that's what people want to see, the idea on their mind, thus they will be much more likely attracted to such domain).
