If there is no special meaning for you, you can check the letter combinations.

Chinese Premium
No A, E, I, O, U or V

Western Premium
No J, K, Q, U, V, W, X, Y or Z

Chinese premiums are about $200 price at the moment. and Western premiums are not settled yet but will be about $30-40 without no any special pattern. If there is special patterns like CVCV, VCVC, double letters, triple letters, or some special prefixes such as Chinese provinces short terms BJ, CN, HK, GD or some unviersal prefixes like MR, DR, PC, MY, FX then special price applies.
