As number of available LLLL.net made from English premium letter only (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L, M,
N, O, P, R, S, T) constantly decreasing I think it's right time to start this countdown.
Right now there's around 8100 available names.
At the end of August number was 10600.
At current registration pace it's safe to assume that all of them will be gone by New Year/January
2016, as speed usually increase when under 5000 names left.
Few fact to keep in mind:
1. Lowest market price for worst quality LLLL.com currently is $120-130, which is higher than it was in
2008 when premium LLLL.net buyout first happened.
2. Bottom floor price for English premium LLLL.com is $350-450, that puts targer price for English
premium LLLL.net at $17-22 taken 5% of LLLL.com price.
3. All Chinese pattern LLLL.net were bought out in July and just in two month their price skyrocketed
4-6 times all the way up to $35-40 a piece.
4. All Chinese LLLL.cc were recently bought out as well.
5. All CVCV LLLL.net and premium VCVC.net were bought out and currently being picked up from drop.
You can check list of remaining English Premium LLLL.net here:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/ow0hqo
Cheapest registration is at BigRock.com and Reseller Club $5 for .net
Alernative is Dynadot $6 and $GoDaddy $7.

Please see my latest update: http://www.buildacode.com/2015/10/all-us-premium-llllnet-have-been.html
It might give you some ideas on the next domains that will be registered.

Will post some lists of available domains now.

No disrespect, but I have to beat you on lists :)

Almost 10000 LLLL.net were registered in last 3 days, between October 18th and October 20th.

Here's the list 9937:

http://www68.zippyshare.com/v/sNSwkvVv/file.html

Now only 121 087 LLLL.net remains free (down from 180 000 back in July 26th 2015)

http://www72.zippyshare.com/v/AJXlslCz/file.html

Buyout didn't stop yesterday, rather started, there's plenty of names that showed up with 366 days till the end of registration.

Here's two lists of names that will be valuable if total LLLL.net buyout will happen:

CVCV with Y, only 532 are left:

http://www29.zippyshare.com/v/SzXyI07N/file.html

VCVC, 2311 are left:

Interesting lists! I looked from a different perspective at what domains it might be good to register.

It will be interesting to see if any more categories of domains within LLLL.net are bought out in the next few days.

You actually made analysis, Martin :)

I just went the easy way. If all names will be bought out then CVCV and VCVC will cost more than others.
By looking at the stats you provided we can see what will be regged first, but if all of them will be regged pronouncable will matter.

I think there are different approaches to finding good names and I am not sure which will in the end provide the most valuable names.

I saw this auction: http://www.ename.com/auction/domain/64530156
The domain begins with HK.
The Chinese comment suggests HK could stand for Haikou (the capital of Hainan Province) or Hankou (in Hubei Province). They don't mention Hong Kong. Interesting.....

I also check estibot value to compare apart from letter combination. And usually good letters have high value..
But i think letter combination is more important to value them.

DotCn told us previously that HK is not so popular in china for Hong Kong, we are having another proof :)

It occured to me today that in Mandarin Chinese which is the standard language in Mainland China, Hong Kong is Xiang Gang, so its abbreviation would be XG.

So....what should we all be registering next (I provided a few ideas on my blog)...but maybe other people have ideas too.

I always thought something similar. It would be really strange if Chinese name their city in the English language. Would be cool to have a chart with Chinese cities and their relative abbreviation in Chinese

Hong Kong already has .hk, just like taiwan has .tw. We don't think their website will need hk** or xg** or tw**. So hk or xg are not for Hong Kong.

The Chinese do not use letters, they use characters/symbols (pictures) 20,000 of them in there language. Mandarin Pinyin is the abbrev. of these characters for English translation.

The number 8 for instances in mandarin pinyin is translated: ba1

ba is the sound of the number & the 1 stands for the tone.

Hearing the Chinese pronounce this number it sounds like Bah for us English speaking people.

This is my basic understanding of how it works but keep in mind a Chinese symbol may have 20 different meanings so how they draw it & in what order the lines are drawn determine its meaning when reading it. Also, there are 3 different Chinese language variations used in china I believe.

Hope this helps folks,

Bobby

Can we say that "BA" domains have a good value?
