All 4 domains are registered at Moniker.com. My client would like the purchase to be made through Moniker. My client does not want a leased contract on the domains (sorry).

If you are simply the broker, who is the owner of these domains? Currently the owner's whois information is hidden by Moniker's privacy service so could you have the registrant make the information visible in the whois record?

Most cases of brokered domains have been between well known buyers/sellers in the community. Since you are a new member, with no reputation or history in the community, this raises a red flag and represents a high risk scenario. I'm sure you can understand the concern. It's nothing personal and we are only looking after the well being of our members.
