Premium domains wanted for development

We are 2 Israeli developers with massive background in building web portals in ASP/ASP.NET .

We are looking for owners of premium domain names(one word, .com) that want to partner up.
The domain owner will provide the domain + idea for development.
We will assist in finding the best idea for the domain, and will handle all the development work.

I've been one of the developers of start.co.il, eteacher.co.il .(both sites in hebrew)
My partner has been developing internal web applicatinos, and is a .net instructor.

In 2 weeks from now we'll be uploading a pilot version of a CRM application we have been developing for the last 2 month. Leave me your mail in PM if you want to be notified when its public.
