Is there on market any company or person which offer to domainers develop their premium domains for free and use it for own purposes and share future profits of such domains with domainer?

You mean something like renting out domains to the end users?

That would be a great business model for someone hungry for work. Please let me know if you locate anything. I have so many domains ripe for such a workable solution and I'm sick of just getting pennies from clicks from highly targeted traffic!

I mean to give domains to someone who can monitize them by developing them and share profit with you.

I've seen on some websites domain renting. You let somebody use your domain for their business.. When you say sharing profit, it's more difficult for business owners to accept. But technically it's same thing i think, you get fixed amount of money for your domain usage. I think we will see more of this in future.. Because it's not possible to buy top domains where they are valued like million dollars.

You thing all premium domains have good traffic and good PPC return? I will reveal you secret, no :) I'm investing in names not because of their traffic, only because it's just premium, I NEVER check purchased domain traffic stats as it was never interesting for me and traffic stats can not change my purpose to purchase name.

well, you mentioned your premium names and expressed dissatisfaction of what they earned from ppc

so perhaps if you list your best 5 "premium" names, we can see, if we agree that they are premium

imo....

Sorry i not list names for sale or for review, I just can say some of them get regullar Chinese spam with $40-50k offers and same time this names can not make even $10 on PPC in one month.

well, i can understand that, as traffic originating from china never paid much on ppc anyway.

when you say "premium", since it's so vague and so varied by category, one has to clarify, to understand.

Good Luck!

imo....

It could be a premium domain to you but not to everyone else. And it's not bringing some $$$, think again.

Yes.

I came across, and considered using, RootOrange.com a few years back... but never did.

They "split" (select trade) premiums, like BrakeRepair.com into geo-market domains that biz owners in different cities around the world can lease: (LA.BrakeRepair.com and so on).

BTW, I never used them because I started tinkering with my own service -that serves a handful of clients now.

if you are getting regular offers of 40K-50K, I can assure you they are scam emails, just search appraisal scam

I agree that premium names don't always get a lot of traffic. In fact, some typos or non-premiums have better natural traffic numbers than many premiums... It is double bonus when a premium name gets also very good traffic.

There is a company on the web (Accelerator or something) that has lots of super premium names it offers to web development companies as partnership if they come up with good idea.

You can make similar offer and wait for people to come to you.
