Premium Banner Spot Available

I have removed my ad sense from the top of the site http://www.talkandmore.net/

I am talking about the empty yellow space at the top. I am accepting offer for banners. I am considering either having a small amount of sites rotating there or just one banner there...

Make an offer..... My previous ads there have been averaging around $60 per month for the last 2 months.... A banner will do well here. This is probably the best spot on the whole site...

My other idea was to create a small table for 4 text links.... Any takers 4 a text link in this spot? This site has a pr5 with an average of 3,000 people online at any given time. The site doesn't have all that much member activitie but it has tons of viewers, spiders and traffic...
