I know it is, thats why you will have trademark issues and there are many leagues called Premier League so you could have trademark problems from any of them. However, another legal problem is if its developed then you could get sued due to copyright breach if you have videos from the English Premier League on there just like how youtube is being sued by the EPL. EPL TV rights are like $1 billion a season so they will come after any site which is showing there videos without there permission.
